Manager, Global HR Compliance and U.S. Immigration

Responsibilities:

• Manage company policies, identifying global compliance gaps and developing new policies.
• Partner with regional HRBPs and Legal on compliance projects.
• Serve as process owner for HR internal controls and audit documentation.

HR Operations:

• Ensure compliance of HR practices and manage onboarding/offboarding compliance.
• Partner with HR Technology for system changes and data governance.
• Train global HR teams on workflows and processes.

U.S. Immigration:

• Directly manage U.S. immigration case load.
• Design immigration programs and consult with managers on best practices.
• Coordinate with Finance for program funding and act as contact with immigration law firm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 4-5 years managing an HR team or progressive HR generalist experience.
• HRIS experience required; SAP, iCIMS a plus.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Must have a sense of humor and be open to using AI tools.
