Sales Operations Analyst

This role involves supporting Sales and Marketing teams by resolving operations tickets in our Jira queue and maintaining the lead routing framework. You will troubleshoot and resolve routing issues, monitor fallout, and ensure that every lead is handled efficiently and accurately. A strong customer-service mindset and thriving in a fast-paced environment are crucial, and you will drive operational excellence in day-to-day execution without direct people management.

Key responsibilities include resolving Sales Operations tickets, owning regular audits for routing rules and lead assignments, presenting audit findings, and recommending process improvements. Partnering with platform admins to test routing logic and applying stakeholder feedback is also essential. This role demands independence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities, contributing directly to the success of the sales workflow.
