This role involves the following:
- Designing and executing end-to-end recruiting strategies aligned with business growth and technical hiring needs.
- Owning full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized engineering roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Partnering closely with leadership to define hiring priorities, forecast needs, and report on recruiting KPIs.
The ideal candidate will:
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding efforts.
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system while maintaining accurate recruiting dashboards and metrics.
