Job Description

We are looking for talented bilingual customer service specialists, passionate about customers, to join our team. Responsibilities include providing first level customer service and technical solutions in regard to client products. You will build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and strive to exceed expectations. You will ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company and schedule service calls and follow up with customers/clients. The role requires troubleshooting and resolving technical issues using established diagnostics tools and procedures, accurate data input using prescribed applications and excellent call handling soft skills.

Qualifications include a high school degree, minimum 6 months of experience in customer facing environments, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication skills in English and French, and excellent home internet connection. The ideal candidate will have experience with iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Mac, a deep curiosity for understanding technology, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
