Job Description

Looking for a Recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis to help grow the team and enable GiveCampus to achieve even greater impact. This individual will support and execute on a wide range of recruiting initiatives, from sourcing to hiring top talent across the organization in both technical and non technical roles. The Recruiter will report to the Head of People and work closely with hiring managers across the organization to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities will include optimizing workflows, tracking metrics, and enhancing the candidate experience by leveraging Greenhouse, the ATS. The role also hires top talent for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, including engineering, product, sales, and customer success positions. The Recruiter manages the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews and builds and maintains talent pipelines for current and future roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship building. They also ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
