Job Description
As the New Business Sales Manager, you will lead the team of Strategic Account Executives to grow the client base by effectively communicating the HopSkipDrive story. This involves connecting unique value propositions to client needs, creating a sense of urgency, and finalizing deals to implement solutions.
To excel, key responsibilities include leading with empathy and urgency, fostering accountability, growing market share and influence, prioritizing time management, seeking constant improvement, and partnering cross-functionally with teams like Support, Product, Trust & Safety, Legal, and Operations to optimize offerings based on client feedback. In-person engagement is crucial, requiring up to 50% of your time for travel with team members for meetings and prospecting. Performance management involves creating team territories, setting goals, measuring progress, providing coaching, and reporting to leadership. You will also act as the team's representative to leadership, relaying feedback and market trends.
