Revenue Operations Manager

You'll own end-to-end SDR operations, including territory design, pipeline management, playbook design, and process design. Develop and maintain scalable processes and playbooks for the SDR team while managing CRM and sales engagement took/processes to maximize adoption and data integrity. You will also analyze SDR performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Systems to align lead routing, qualification criteria, and handoff processes. Partner with SDR Leadership to forecast pipeline and revenue impact from SDR activities. Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance SDR productivity and overall revenue growth.
