End User Services Tower Lead

Strategic Vision & Modernization Roadmap:

• Define and execute the 3-year strategy for the Digital Workplace, moving beyond traditional hardware to lean, agile solutions.
• Identify and operationalize cost-saving opportunities through thin clients, Chromebooks, and automated lifecycle management.
• Partner with Enterprise Security to ensure 100% compliance across all endpoints.

Operational Excellence & Leadership:

• Lead and hold accountable the Managed Service Provider, focusing on XLAs and operational highs.
• Establish, track, and adhere to aggressive project schedules for modernization and deployment initiatives.
• Oversee global patch management, image engineering, software deployment, and hardware standards.

Vendor & Platform Management:

• Own the relationship and technical roadmap for UEM and/or AEM platforms.
• Manage relationships with PC and peripheral vendors, ensuring resilient supply chains.
• Drive user adoption and training to ensure technology investments pay off in productivity.
