Responsibilities:
- Travel up to 80% across the US to re-skill client workforces and support business transformations through training delivery and coaching.
- Facilitate confident training sessions for sales professionals, adapt to local needs, and develop change management deliverables like readiness assessments and communications plans.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in organizational behavior, business, or related field, plus 5+ years of expert experience in change management and technical training delivery.
- Strong skills in room management, technology adaptation, executive influence, and creating order from ambiguity to ensure excellent learner experiences.
Additional Preferences:
- Prior experience in a change management consulting firm, Big 4 consultancy, or consumer products industry, with specific exposure to frontline sales training environments.
- Demonstrated creativity, collaborative problem-solving, and superior business writing and communication skills to drive client success.
