People Business Partner

The People Business Partner will play a pivotal role in scaling Clariti’s leadership capability and strengthening manager consistency across the organization. You’ll lead the design and delivery of our in-house management training programs, take end-to-end ownership of complex employee relations matters, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational performance and people development. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced People Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and wants to make a direct, visible impact. You’ll have autonomy to build foundational programs from the ground up while collaborating closely with a lean, high-performing People & Talent team. As Clariti grows from ~135 to 160+ employees by the end of 2026, this role will shape how our managers lead and our culture evolves.
