System Administrator Team Lead

As a Systems Administration Team Lead, you will manage the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core business and organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all assigned networked software and associated operating systems, database subsystems and Enterprise Applications, as well as supervising and developing IT engineers. Work with executive team members and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals. Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems. Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware and other applications. Supervise a team of System Administrators and ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house systems.
