Job Description
This role involves managing global payroll and overseeing monthly and semi-monthly payroll processing across several countries within NAMER, EMEA, and APAC. Manage payroll vendors and support the preparation of monthly payroll journal entries, working closely with the Finance team. Process employee status changes, new hires, terminations, and payroll data information across the HRIS system, Hibob, and the payroll system, ADP.
Ensure payroll vendors and appropriate parties (People Team, Finance) adhere to payroll deadlines and compliance via secure internal controls. Clear and timely communication with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and external payroll providers is necessary to optimize payroll processes, driving efficiencies and improving employee experience. Work with the People Operations Team to ensure accurate employee data is maintained in the HRIS system, Hibob.
