Senior System Support Specialist I (Medical Imaging)

Role Overview:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for radiology IT systems in hospitals and imaging centers.
• Work closely with radiologists, IT teams, and vendors to ensure optimal system performance.
• Ensure uptime and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, preferably in radiology systems support.
• Strong knowledge of PACS, RIS, VNA, and medical imaging workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications in relevant technical domains (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco).
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (French is a strong asset).
