Internal Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist

Responsibilities:

• You will own the full revenue cycle for the practice, from charge entry to collections.
• You will manage patient balances, process payments, and contact patients regarding outstanding balances.
• You will serve as the primary contact for the billing phone line, answering patient questions.

Qualifications:

• You must have 2+ years of medical billing experience with dedicated behavioral health billing.
• You must have direct Medicare Part B billing experience and current HIPAA certification.
• You must have strong understanding of behavioral health CPT coding and ICD-10.
