As the Director of Account Management, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind retaining and expanding our client base with a focus on leading a high-performing team to drive renewals, upsells, and world-class client relationships. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring sharp leadership to reduce churn, boost revenue, and elevate the AM function into a true growth engine.
Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the Account Management team, overseeing strategic sales plans, directing market research and analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams, and recruiting and developing team members.
