Job Description

Looking for a driven and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Associate to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by building the systems, data infrastructure, and insights that power revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops who’s eager to take ownership of key processes across the revenue funnel and leverage AI tools to drive efficiency. You’ll help optimize our CRM, improve reporting on pipeline and quotas, and ensure we’re capturing and utilizing the right data to make smart, scalable decisions. Implement and support AI-powered RevOps tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT workflows, Gong, etc.) to boost productivity and insight. Work with GTM teams to automate repetitive tasks like data enrichment, lead scoring, and account insights. Optimize lead flow from Marketing β†’ Sales β†’ Customer Success, ensuring tight handoffs and clear attribution. Refine lead scoring, pipeline stages, and conversion benchmarks to align with team goals.
