Family Case Manager (Remote)

About the Role:

• Guide families through the full service lifecycle from contract signature to safe return of ashes.
• Take extreme ownership of a high-volume book of around 100 concurrent cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a high-volume book of business, overseeing the full client lifecycle from contract signature to final resolution.
• Act as the dedicated point of contact, handling continuous inbound and outbound calls and texts with empathy.
• Own key case milestones and keep documentation meticulous across multiple platforms.

Requirements:

• 2+ years owning a caseload or book of accounts end-to-end.
• Strong written and spoken English and exceptional capacity for high volume.
• Clear, calm communicator who builds trust quickly and is tech-savvy.
