Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level legal and regulatory compliance guidance on federal and state health and welfare employee benefits requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of California-specific requirements, including SFHCSO, Cal-COBRA, disability and paid family leave laws.
