Role Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen customer engagement and retention by monitoring account health and demonstrating ownership of success metrics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and improve the overall experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Requires 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly.

Compensation and Work Arrangement:

  • This remote role is targeted for candidates within approximately 50 miles of Austin, TX or Seattle, WA.
  • Compensation includes a base salary of $100k plus a 10% variable component.
