As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will play a pivotal role in scaling our organization by attracting top talent across Go-to-Market, Sales, Technical, and Business Operations functions. Youโll help build the teams that shape the future of learning, working in a collaborative, innovative, and purpose-driven environment. In this role as Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for: Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring compliance, coordinating interviews, managing assessments, negotiating offers, and closing hires. Deliver a positive and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey. Represent Renaissance as a brand ambassador by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities. Build and maintain talent market maps and apply targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles. Identify high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques and share insights and best practices with the team. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues to implement recruitment strategies and continuously improve talent processes. Strengthen business acumen by partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, and cross-functional teams.
