Job Description
The Sales Leader will develop and implement sales strategies tailored to achieve team-specific sales targets and overall objectives. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team sales goals and provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance. You will monitor and analyse sales metrics, ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets, and build and sustain strong relationships with key customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. This includes working closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives. They should be empathetic and build lasting business relationships.
