Make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Sales Development Representative (DACH) within the Sales team. Duties include responding, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads. Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives. Sharing Remote's value propositions and learning about prospect needs. Provide support to Account Executive team as needed and be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams. Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts. Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources. Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle.
