Responsibilities:
- Respond to limit increase requests and review account activity to determine expected usage.
- Review overlimit transactions and remote check deposits, making risk decisions within cutoff times.
- Document rationale, write process documentation, and help train future teammates.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in risk within banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Knowledge of banking products like ACH, wires, SWIFT, checks, and debit cards.
- Strong communication, empathy, and ability to manage relationships with external parties.
Compensation:
- Base salary ranges from $68,300 to $85,400 depending on location.
- Total rewards include base salary, equity, and benefits.
- Full-time role with a fixed Sunday-Thursday shift.
