Key Responsibilities:
- You will evaluate existing workflows and identify operational gaps for improvement.
- You will partner with leaders to prioritize process redesign and develop sustainable solutions.
- You will coordinate projects from exploration to implementation, monitoring progress and escalating risks.
Qualifications:
- You should have a minimum BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field.
- You need at least three years of healthcare experience; behavioral healthcare preferred.
- You must have two years of project management or process improvement experience.
