Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of independent agency channel experience in Commercial or Personal Lines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
- Proven region management experience with strong business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA and industry designations desirable.
- Highly innovative with strong financial acumen and executive presence.
- Ability to articulate financial results and lead through influence.

- Pay philosophy: typical starting salary $279,800 - $373,300 based on skills, experience, and location.
