Job Description
Under the general direction of the General Manager, the Sr. Engagement Manager will lead sales campaigns in both product and service capacity, all the way from contract signature to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and achievement of required business outcomes. This position will work throughout the project lifecycle, from presales to final delivery, to validate that each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to meet clientβs business needs.
The role involves stakeholder management and engagement by building relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a liaison, and defining success metrics. The Senior Engagement Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, manage partner agreements, and oversee project delivery. They will also be responsible for strategic planning and roadmap development, project leadership and oversight, sales performance monitoring and reporting, and domain advocacy and communication. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, aligning efforts and escalating critical issues when necessary.
