About the Role:
- Deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to enterprise contact centers.
- Leverage expertise in CX, call center infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities:
- Execute integration design and project plans.
- Build and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs and APIs.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
