What you'll do:
- Lead AMER community events including customer breakfasts, ecosystem events, and partner roundtables.
- Drive customer education by becoming an Ashby expert and delivering live sessions on key features and trends.
- Expand community advocacy through onboarding loops and presence at industry gatherings.
Who you'll work with:
- Report to Kat, Partnerships Lead, and collaborate with EMEA counterparts Willem and Kayla.
- Partner with Event Ops and Marketing teams to bring owned community experiences to life.
About you:
- Experienced Ashby power user with deep TA knowledge and a reputation as a go-to expert.
- Strong communicator who thrives on hosting, curating, and connecting people and ideas.
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity, willing to travel ~2x/month.
