About the Role:
- You’ll blend 1:1 customer consulting, CSM enablement, and educational content creation.
- Collaborate with Professional Services to scope and deliver paid consulting engagements.
- Contribute to advanced product education and act as a liaison between Customer Education and the CSM team.
You Could Be a Great Fit:
- You have hands-on experience with Ashby’s product and love helping customers learn.
- You are an excellent communicator skilled in facilitation and stakeholder management.
- You have 2+ years experience in recruiting operations, analytics, and process design.
