Lead and scale our global benefits function through a period of high growth and strategic transformation. Youโll be responsible for overseeing benefits strategy, vendor partnerships, and day-to-day operations across multiple countries, with a focus on maintaining competitive, cost-effective offerings that support our people and business needs. Provide subject matter expertise and operational leadership as we evaluate and evolve our benefits funding strategy, expand into new geographies, and align our offerings to meet the needs of a more diverse, distributed workforce. This role also involves managing a small but mighty global benefits team, providing guidance, mentorship, and operational support.
Own and evolve Vantaโs global benefits strategy, balancing competitiveness, employee experience, and cost management. Evaluate and design localized benefits plans that align with cultural norms and statutory requirements across new countries and regions. Serve as the primary point of contact for our benefits brokers and vendors, evaluating and negotiating relationships to ensure best-in-class service and value. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and international regulations related to benefits.
