The People Operations Business Partner provides strategic partnership to designated departments, aligning people strategies with departmental goals. This role proactively assesses, analyzes, and identifies talent needs, providing consultation to leaders on organizational design, succession planning, and employee engagement. This position fosters effective relationships within the People Team and across departments to ensure stakeholder engagement, and delivery of appropriate talent solutions. The role also reviews and leverages data to provide actionable insights for effective business decisions.
The Partner will consult with business leaders to build effective organizational capabilities and processes using business acumen to facilitate data-driven decisions achieving objectives. They will manage people mobility practices, analyze talent metrics, and recommend actions. Guiding leaders on applying People Team tools, leading the performance review process, and supporting team member engagement practices, enhancing connections between team members and management.
