Job Description
Team Leadership:
-Has prior team leadership experience leading highly functional SDR/BDR teams.
-Demonstrates executive presence and ability to influence at all levels.
-Proven success aligning key stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, and BD.
Business Development:
-Familiar with both outbound and inbound business development tactics & KPI’s.
-Standardizes best practices regarding prospect qualification, prospecting and sales hand-over.
-Works with sales and marketing to define and refine process and strategy to improve effectiveness.
Responsibilities include:
-Driving Halcyon's new business pipeline growth
-Reporting on key metrics and KPIs in executive level reporting
-Developing strategic Go-To-Market initiatives
