Job Description
As a Product Onboarding Manager at Juniper Square, you'll lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers, focusing on transforming their investment data for the application. You'll work directly with clients, becoming an expert in the product and diverse private investment data (private equity, venture capital, commercial real estate, private credit, etc.). A core part of the role involves gathering and consolidating data from various sources and accurately mapping it to the Juniper Square model, often interpreting complex legal agreements and structures.
Throughout this process, you will also communicate clearly about data changes, discrepancies, and assumptions made during mapping; guide customers through the implications of data mapping decisions, ensuring they understand how their data will function and its impact within the platform; and provide expertise and recommendations to optimize their data structure for long-term success on Juniper Square. You'll also contribute to improving onboarding tools and processes, recommending product enhancements, and collaborating with internal teams across product, sales, engineering, and customer success.
