The Role:

• As Head of Bids, you lead the team behind every tender, from qualification to award for transit agencies worldwide.
• You own the pricing and commercial strategy, run governance, and build the function to win more often.
• You collaborate across Business Development, Product, Engineering, Services, Legal, and Finance.

About You:

• You have experience winning high-value, competitive bids and leading a bids team.
• You are comfortable with pricing strategy, presenting risk to leadership, and managing multiple bids.
• You communicate clearly, handle disagreement with respect, and enjoy developing people.
