European customers have urgent compliance needs, and demand is already present.
You will be the first commercial hire in Europe, building the team from scratch.

What you'll do:

Own enterprise revenue across EMEA and carry deals from first meeting to signature.
Build and qualify pipeline in key industries and turn the North American motion into a European playbook.
Hire the pod: SDRs, account executives, and work with the CEO on the first five team members.

What we're looking for:

Seven or more years selling complex enterprise software with six- and seven-figure closes.
Experience selling into staffing, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and retail across multiple European markets.
Ability to hire and manage reps while carrying your own quota, and use AI tooling for territory management.
