Logistics Coordinator

Role Summary:

• Temporary position providing after-hours and weekend coverage for travel operations.
• Primary point of contact for time-sensitive travel and logistics needs.
• Ideal candidate is highly responsive, organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable making independent decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor designated communication channels during assigned shifts and respond promptly to urgent travel needs.
• Support Sprinters with time-sensitive issues including flight disruptions, hotel concerns, and transportation changes.
• Coordinate travel changes using company guidelines, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
