Job Description
Handle inbound calls and emails from prospective tenants to schedule property showings and viewings. Manage owner and tenant inquiries (property info, emergencies, repair requests, etc.). Process and log maintenance requests into the company’s app/software (via Monday.com ). Redirect tenants to the company’s app for maintenance requests or submit requests on their behalf. Act as a receptionist/point of contact for all office calls using a VoIP system (e.g., OpenPhone). Manage calendars and coordinate with agents to schedule property showings (via Outlook Express or synced calendars). Provide professional, timely customer service to tenants, owners, and prospects.
