Microsoft SaaS & Dynamics Application Management:
- Lead the day-to-day management and performance of Microsoft SaaS applications.
- Ensure applications are current, optimized, and secure.
- Coordinate application updates and enhancements.
System Integration & Customization:
- Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP with enterprise systems.
- Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to implement system customizations.
- Lead data migrations and system enhancements.
User Support & Training:
- Provide leadership for user support and issue resolution across enterprise applications.
- Develop and deliver end-user training.
- Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
