The Scaled Customer Success team at Fleetio is growing, and they're looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to join them. In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of up to 1,200 accounts with 1-200 assets to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
Using a self-serving digital-first approach, you will assist with goal setting & tracking, expanding product adoption, owning expansion opportunities, working cross-functionally. You'll engage with targeted customers, assess their goals and existing business practices and identify areas for improvement and provide our customers with best practices and strategic guidance. You will utilize tools and technology to deliver value to multiple accounts simultaneously through 1:many programs. You will also Act as the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap. Finally you will Collaborate with Product and Customer Education Teams to maximize customer growth potential and enhance their experience.
