About the Role:
- Serve as the first connection for prospective students exploring a nursing career.
- Guide applicants through the Discover, Commit, Start Application journey with support and information.
- This is a full-time, remote, hourly-nonexempt position with occasional travel and flexible hours.
What You'll Do:
- Initiate outbound calls and handle inbound calls to set appointments and conduct interviews.
- Contact prospective learners to confirm appointments and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Provide daily activity reports and generate leads by requesting referrals.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years College Admissions experience and 3-5 years Sales or Recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with FERPA.
