About the Role:

  • Serve as the first connection for prospective students exploring a nursing career.
  • Guide applicants through the Discover, Commit, Start Application journey with support and information.
  • This is a full-time, remote, hourly-nonexempt position with occasional travel and flexible hours.

What You'll Do:

  • Initiate outbound calls and handle inbound calls to set appointments and conduct interviews.
  • Contact prospective learners to confirm appointments and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Provide daily activity reports and generate leads by requesting referrals.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years College Admissions experience and 3-5 years Sales or Recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with FERPA.
