Responsibilities:
- Initiate, develop, and build lasting relationships with utility customers to grow the Edge DERMS business.
- Work closely with utilities to understand market needs and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a client-facing utility or climate tech role, with at least one year in dedicated sales.
- Demonstrated track record managing high-revenue opportunities and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility for significant travel (20-40%).
Compensation and Culture:
- Base salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 with an uncapped variable compensation target.
