Key Responsibilities:
- Support proposal generation, formatting, and editing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and client alignment.
- Coordinate internal sales milestone meetings and track deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain CRM updates and provide client follow-up support and cross-functional partnership.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or outbound sales roles.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
