About the Role:

  • We are building our founding sales team at Omada, an AI-powered platform for small businesses.
  • You will run demo appointments booked by our Territory Development Partners and close sales on warm, qualified calls.
  • This is a high-velocity, transactional sales role with a clear path to full-time W-2 employment after a 30-day proving period.

What You'll Do:

  • Build rapport with small-business owners, understand their growth goals, and show how Omada helps.
  • Handle objections, create urgency, and close on the call, including collecting payment upfront.
  • Hit weekly close targets and help shape the sales playbook for the entire team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated closing experience with a track record of hitting targets.
  • Comfortable closing over phone or video and asking for payment on the call.
  • Must reside in the United States and be 18 or older; bonus for SMB SaaS background.
