Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for net new customer acquisition, managing an entire sales cycle to drive new revenue while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, designing solutions for specific use cases.
  • Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce through proactive efforts and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1+ years of closing sales experience or sales development in a technical SaaS/CPaaS space with a record of top performance.
  • Understanding of cloud computing/communications business model and excitement for selling to a technical audience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make complex technical and financial details simple.
