Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale Pleo's growth marketing engine across paid and owned channels to drive efficient customer acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Optimize the full marketing funnel by setting channel strategy, running experiments, and allocating budget based on marginal returns.

Team and Collaboration:

  • Report to the VP of Marketing and lead an existing team of specialists in Performance and Organic channels.
  • Partner closely with Website, Brand, PMM, Sales, RevOps, PLG, and Product teams to align marketing and sales-led funnels.

Success Metrics and Development:

  • Define and measure key metrics that reflect business impact, moving beyond last-click attribution to guide investment decisions.
  • In the first 6-12 months, deliver a data-driven growth strategy and establish a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align growth strategy with the company's long-term roadmap as a full suite platform.
