Paid Channel Ownership:
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization across Google/Bing Search, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, CTV/Streaming, Display, and Affiliate channels.
- Manage budget allocation to meet CPA, CAC, and activation targets, and launch campaigns with a focus on testing creative, audience, and bidding strategies.
- Partner with the creative team to brief and iterate on ad assets using performance data to guide decisions.
Measurement & Optimization:
- Own weekly performance reviews, monthly channel recaps, and anomaly detection for paid channels.
- Collaborate with data and analytics to build incrementality measurement frameworks and manage tracking infrastructure like UTMs and pixel health.
- Develop a test-and-learn roadmap, document results, and share learnings across the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product marketing on messaging, landing page strategy, and offer testing for campaigns.
- Work with Organic Growth and Brand teams to ensure paid and organic strategies complement each other.
- Contribute to campaign planning for product launches, seasonal pushes, and new segment expansion.
