Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst

About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst to join our fast-growing event ticketing technology company.
• You will play a key role in managing cash flow by monitoring receivables and driving timely collections.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end management of outstanding balances, including complex invoice adjustments and reconciliations.
• Lead proactive collections efforts, negotiate payment arrangements, and manage high-risk delinquent accounts.
• Design, develop, and own AR aging reports, dashboards, and KPIs; provide actionable insights to Finance leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a related finance role.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a remote-first environment.
