Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate network participation agreements with health plans, including new agreements, renewals, and amendments.
- Manage contract lifecycle, track deliverables, and identify risks to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with payer stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in network contracting or development.
- Strong understanding of health plan network participation agreement lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication and analytics skills.
