Job Description
This remote position requires travel to labor union and trust fund locations, industry events, and regular visits to Lantern's Dallas, TX headquarters. The VP of Sales will drive growth by establishing and expanding relationships with labor unions and Taft-Hartley Trusts. They will identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions addressing their specific needs, with expertise in working with labor and management trustees and fund administrators being critical. The role encompasses the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation to contract negotiation, ensuring Lanternβs value proposition resonates with labor unions and trusts.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with labor unions and Taft-Hartley Funds, developing a targeted sales strategy, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, leading presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The VP will also represent Lantern at industry events, generating awareness for their solutions.
