Job Description
This position supports the full recruitment cycle for clinical and non-clinical roles in assigned markets. This role works closely with hiring managers and the Talent Team to post jobs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive hiring and onboarding experience. Additionally, this position will be responsible for auditing the recruiting department, pulling reporting and working closely with data.
Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, candidate experience, data reporting, ATS management, pre-boarding, onboarding, and administrative support.
